MOBER study for a supermarket

For the move of a supermarket in West Flanders to a site where a larger store can be realized in combination with other activities, a MOBER was drawn up by Traject.

The MOBER outlines the mobility profile of the function in an existing spatial environment and examines the mobility effects of this new function and the impact on the future development possibilities of the area.

In addition, recommendations are formulated to manage the mobility effects in the right direction, which are included by the architect in the final plans.

Specifically in the context of this MOBER, attention is paid to the impact on the regional road on which the site opens and the parking balance on the site itself for the combined activities.
