Our partners
Traject assists organizers and event site managers in managing traffic to and around events and improving their accessibility. Other important partners for event mobility management are local authorities and police, transport companies and road authorities.
Sustainable mobility
Since 20 years, Traject adheres to the concept of sustainable mobility. Our advice and proposals have to respond to economical, social and ecological criteria. This way, the chances of success and the results of our interventions are maximized.
Our services for organizers, site managers and local authorities
Because we like to take our responsibility from A to Z, we can assist you in every phase of the event mobility planning, from the measure selection to the realization, the coordination on the event site and the evaluation.
- Mobility plan:
This is a comprehensive plan with all the mobility solutions (visitors, security, surroundings). We can also take care of negotiations with external parties: police, road authorities etc.
- Communication plan
If you want to convince people not to come by car or to avoid certain routes, it’s recommended to communicate very well about the different options. Multimodal access information should be integrated in the communication (planning) of the event from the start.
- Parking and traffic plan:
This is about the planning of the routes for car traffic, including signposting and parking plan, as well as the permissions needed to install signs and for the use of public space.
- Coordination and monitoring on the spot:
During the event, and in cooperation with local authorities and police, we provide a permanent follow up of the measures and the traffic flows, so that the mobility and traffic management can be adapted every moment to changing circumstances.
- Traffic and parking guidance
Trained professionals can assure traffic fluidity and safety and give way to collective transport, pedestrians and cyclist on the way to/back from the event.
- Evaluation and debriefing:
A lot of events take place regularly (at least once a year). A well prepared debriefing allows to take lessons for the next edition.
