Since 1992, Traject assists enterprises and other employers to optimize home-work travel and mobility of staff and visitors. Mobility behaviour can not be changed from behind a desk. Without neglecting technical analyses, we focus mainly on human factors that influence mobility choices. Staff members and other target groups will only believe in your mobility project when their transport needs are met. Furthhermore, you will need the cooperation of different decision makers in your company and sometimes also of external partners. This will only be possible if you know their needs and motivations and take them into account.
Therefore, we prefer not to produce unnecessary theoretical studies, but focus our intervention on the process of change management. In this approach, communication and consultation are crucial elements.

Because of our long experience, we can quickly elaborate a tailor made and realistic action plan on the basis of a few essential data. This action plan always includes a solid cost/benefit analysis. This quick and efficient study phase allows us to take more time for the consultation process and the realization of measures.
- Information and communication
Every change process involving Traject goes together with a well targeted communication strategy.
The multimodal accessibility guide provides tailor made and comprehensible information on the multimodal access to the company site. Visitors, customers, personnel and suppliers will find their way without having to look for information in one of many route planners, timetables etc…
When the consequences of a travel plan are sensible for some members of staff (in case of moval, reorganization,…), Traject can provide personal assistance to members of staff with mobility problems.

- Coordination and follow up
A mobility project is never finished. Enterprises and organizations undergo changes. All the measures will not be implemented our produce results immediately. Traject can help to put in place a coordination cell inside the organization or for a group of companies. The task of such a cell is to inform and sensitize staff and other target groups, do the follow up of the plan, evaluate it and renew it. In Flanders, Traject assists the Provinces for the management of transport coordination centers (“Mobidesk”) providing mobility services for enterprises, employees or job seekers. In several enterprises, the job of corporate mobility manager is done by an “in house” consultant of Traject.
